Colin Aliff Works in Georgia

A long term resident of Georgia, Colin Aliff is happy to be able to serve his community and work in an area that he loves, the Augusta, Georgia metropolitan area. Colin Aliff has been in the area for quite a while. He went to medical school in Augusta, Georgia, where he attended the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine, graduating in 1997. He left Georgia briefly when he went on to complete his residency at the University Of Tennessee College Of Medicine in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

After completing his residency, in which he specialized in family medicine, Colin Aliff returned to the Augusta, Georgia metropolitan area and started his career as an attending physician in the emergency department at Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Fort Gordon, Georgia. He worked there from 2005 to 2012, and was a key member of the emergency room physicians.

While Colin Aliff worked in the emergency department, he maintained thorough training and certifications in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, advanced life support, and advanced trauma life support. These certifications also helped him to train as a tactical paramedic, which extended his career training to the law enforcement world.

As Colin Aliff continued to build up his resume and increase his skill set as an attending physician, he helped advance his career. In 2012, Colin Aliff became the medical director of the emergency department at the Washington County Regional Medical Center in Sandersville, Georgia. Also in 2012, Colin Aliff became the medical director of the Washington County Georgia EMS.

Colin Aliff is happy that he has been able to advance within his career and continue to work in an area that he loves in the state of Georgia. He also appreciates the fact that he lives and works so close to the school where he was educated to be a doctor.
